We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ageless Biography purchase. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If the access code has not been redeemed and no conversations have taken place, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply email us at with your order details.
After Conversations Have Started
Once the recipient has redeemed their code and started their conversations, we are unable to offer a full refund because resources have been used to process voice sessions and generate content. However, if you are unsatisfied with the experience, please contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a partial credit.
After Biography Is Generated
Once the biography PDF has been generated and delivered, refunds are not available as the digital product has been fully created and delivered. If you believe there is an issue with the quality of the biography, please contact us and we will work to improve it at no additional cost.
Printed Books
For printed hardcover book add-ons:
- If the book arrives damaged or with printing defects, we will send a replacement at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Refunds for printed books are not available once the book has been shipped, as printing and shipping costs have been incurred.
- If the print order has not yet entered production, you may cancel for a full refund of the print add-on amount.
How to Request a Refund

- Your name and email address used for purchase
- The recipient's name
- Your reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
